Static Electrix, the electrical workshop, undertakes electrification projects of resort developments, rural islands and multistorey buildings including LV and HV installations.

The internationally reputed leading brands of electrical products represented by the Company, coupled with the expertise in electrical engineering, enriches the quality and standard of the Low Voltage Switchgear and Electrical Control Systems build by the workshop. From RO Control Boards, Generator Control and Distribution Panels, Outdoor Distrbution Boards, Motor Control Systems with VFD to Lighting Control Systems are built at the workshop.

A regular activity and a major part of the action on the repair services side is the rewinding of motors and generators. Static Electrix is the largest motor rewinding facility in the country equipped with a winding machine, hydraulic press machines, hydraulic pullers and a heating compartment together with a stock of high quality motor winding materials and accessories.

Static Electrix is the authorised service centre for Davey Pumps of Australia. Davey Pumps are marketed by the company with one year warranty and free installation in Male’, the responsibility of which is taken by Static Electrix. With over 5000 installations in Male’ and the resorts alone, the after sales service provided by the workshop play a major role in making Davey the most dependable pump in the local market.

In consideration of several requests received from resort operators, Static Electrix, launched a service maintenance contract program for electrical and water treatment equipment whereby Static’s technicians visit the site for regular maintenance services on a fortnight basis. Regular service maintenance provision in accordance with the manufacturers recommendation avoids unnecessary operatonal breakdowns. Since its beginning in 2000, the program has been a great success.
